ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Deidre Fresquez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build Relationships: Develop leads, schedule appointments, and recommend insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Consultative Sales: Assess risks and provide personalized insurance solutions.
  • Achieve Goals: Collaborate on marketing strategies and meet sales targets.
  • Teamwork: Contribute to a collaborative and service-oriented team environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Licensing Requirements: Must obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) license before starting and Life & Health (L&H) license within 30 days of hire.
  • Sales & Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in sales preferred, with a proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage and educate clients.
  • Customer Focus: A commitment to exceptional service and building relationships.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with computer systems, including CRMs and Windows environments.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
